Our cabs are provided strictly for lawful travel purposes only. Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details at the time of booking. Any inappropriate behavior, illegal activity, or misuse of our services may result in cancellation of the ride without refund.
Bookings can be made through our official website, phone, or authorized agents. All fares will be communicated prior to ride confirmation. Additional charges (such as tolls, parking, or waiting time) may apply. Payment must be made through the accepted modes (cash, UPI, online transfer, or card) as informed at the time of booking. In case of advance payment or booking deposit, the amount is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled ride may be eligible for a refund (if applicable). Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. Gujarat Tourism Cabs reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of unavoidable circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or natural calamities. In such cases, a full refund (if payment has been made) will be provided.
While we take utmost care for passenger safety, Gujarat Tourism Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage or valuables left in the cab. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence or misconduct will be charged to the customer.
Gujarat Tourism Cabs provides taxi and cab services “as available” without any warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee specific travel times, as they may vary due to traffic and road conditions. Our responsibility is limited to providing safe and reliable transportation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat.
Gujarat Tourism Cabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
