At GujaratTourismCabs, we value our customers and aim to provide transparent booking, cancellation, and refund policies. Please read the following carefully before making a reservation.
You can cancel your cab booking within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the pickup time, a cancellation charge may apply. No refund will be issued in case of last-minute cancellations (within 6 hours of pickup) or no-shows.
Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking). Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. In some cases, the refund timeline may depend on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
If the trip has already started. If incorrect details (pickup address, date, time, etc.) were provided by the customer. If the cancellation is made after the scheduled pickup time.
